Postie Carnival
Posted by LisaApr 16
I am finally hosting the Postie Carnival. I can’t believe how good everyone’s stories are. Some made me laugh. Some made me cry. So without further delay . . . .
What do we love?:
Colleen presents 11 on the 13th posted at Simple Kind Of Life. I have to say that I got a little teary eyed reading about how she met Jim.
Jenny presents Our Love Story posted at Pajama Mommy. Here’s another example that high school sweethearts do actually exist!
Gary Lee presents The Hottest Sauce EVER! posted at MrGaryLee.com - Observations of an Internet Marketeer. My hubby loves hot sauce, so he’ll have to check this out!
Cecile presents What do I Love? posted at Work At Home Musings. I love this too. I don’t get enough of this either.
Martin presents About a Love Song posted at TotalDismay.com. Darn those, pregnancy hormones — this one made me teary eyed too!
Loretta presents our love story….blind date? posted at Thoughts Out of My Head. I am impressed. 3 high school sweethearts now! Her blind date was like most of my dates . . . nothing ever goes according to plan.
Eve presents My love story posted at Confessions of an Everyday Housewife. Eve, I am impressed that you asked him out! As big of a mouth as I have, I don’t know if I would have the guts to do that.
Skeet presents Thirty-six years posted at skeet’s stuff. Skeet, I am glad you picked your son over chocolate to post about.
Krissy presents krissy.nu - life through eyes of Krissy, uncensored and unscripted » Cliché posted at krissy.nu. Ok, I need to go get a Kleenex after that one. Anybody else need a tissue?
Tess Jones presents My Loves posted at Musings From Me. Tess has many loves to talk about.
Karen Moser presents When I knew Love posted at The Pond. Anybody who has kids will agree with her post.
Elizabeth presents My Husband My Love Story posted at Table For Five.. Ok, I am on my last box of tissues here.
Lastly, I finally got my story done: My Love Story.
The Others:
Kenneth presents Making more than 6% on your checking - Now that’s evil posted at InvestorBlogger.
Alan Torres presents Emotional IQ? - Predictor of Success posted at Made to Be Great
Andrew Ian Dodge presents Is chivalry sexist? posted at Dodgeblogium.
This was a lot of fun. I hope I get the opportunity to host this again!

Damn it! I forgot all about the carnival this time. You did a great job, Lisa!
Thank you for hosting the carnival and including me!. Best wishes
You know, I don’t quite understand why people are thanking the hosts for hosting the carnivals. I mean, you did it because you wanted to, right? I hope I don’t sound like an idiot but I was just wondering
Either I’m missing something, or people are just trying to be nice. And when they’re trying too hard to be nice, it sounds very fake..
Oh well, I think I should be prepared to be flamed this time!! *shrugs*
Pelf…why would you even say anything like that? Does it bother you that much that people can be polite? Way to ruin the mood here, guy.
[...] The love edition was hosted by Lisa. Talking about love got many a postie nostalgic and teary eyed. Definitely an edition worth revisiting. [...]
