Yeah!!!! I am finally off restriction. I am off of bed rest, and I can drive again. They also took me off the drugs that were stopping my contractions. At this point, when I start laboring, they are not going to stop it.
While I was at the doctor, Bill took Madison swimming at his mom’s house. I hope she sleeps good tonight!!! I guess the water was pretty cold, but it didn’t phase her at all. Bill made her get out when her lips started turning blue!

Madison decided that she wanted a Gerber Graduates soup for lunch today. She also wanted Goldfish (the crackers). I gave her a bowl of them with her soup. Before she ate any of them, she had each of them talk to one another. She did each fish with a different voice too. After playing with her fish for about ten minutes, she finally ate them.
Yeah, I’ve got a weird kid here . . . .I think she takes after her father. LOL

We have been running around all weekend. It has been crazy. Saturday we had a birthday party to go to. Sunday we had a baptism. Yesterday, we went to an event that our park district was putting on. Madison played on the slides and swings. Then we played in the sandbox. We looked at the bugs that they had displayed too. Madison wanted to set them free. They were even giving kids tattoos, but Madison wanted nothing to do with that. Lastly, we played miniature golf. It was only $1 a piece, so I was willing to try it. Let me tell you, it was interesting. She got the concept. She didn’t have the patience for it though. However, $3 for a couple hours of activities was well worth it. We went home then, took a nap, and then went to Bill’s parents for a BBQ.
That about sums up the weekend.

Bill put a really cool show on tonight. It is called Deadliest Dozen and it is on the National Geographic Channel. They are going through different countries and continents and letting you know what the deadliest twelve things are for each. So far, we have watched a show on India and Africa. Bill has decided that we are never going there. LOL. Next will be Australia. I do hope this do one for us here in North America or the United States. This show is just really interesting.
I love when we accidently come across a show that we hadn’t planned on watching, and it is great. The fact that I am actually leaning something is a plus. You never know when you need this information for a trivia pursuit answer. LOL. I have learned that I like the really pretty green mambo snake. At least, that is what I think they called it. It is fluorescent green and lives in trees. It is also very deadly, so you do want to stay away from it.

I am almost there. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow, so we’ll see what he says. I think I will be taken off my bedrest and driving restriction and drugs. This is the final stretch now.
From Babycenter:
Your baby is gaining about an ounce a day. She now weighs almost 6 pounds and is a little less than 19 inches long. She’s shedding most of the downy hair that covered her body, as well as the vernix caseosa. At the end of this week, your baby will be considered full-term. (Babies born between 37 and 42 weeks are considered full-term.) Most likely she’s in a head-down position by now, which is optimal for a smooth delivery, but if she isn’t head-down next week, your provider may suggest scheduling an external cephalic version, where your practitioner will try to turn your baby by pushing on the outside of your belly.
