Have you ever wanted to jump into real estate and see what happened? Property Investment Project is a site that did just that and is keeping a diary on the web for all of us to learn from. This site has everything from Property facts to Property statistics to its own forums.

First though, I feel as if I should warn you. The language can be somewhat rough. There are some posts about his tenant not paying rent that are a tad heated. If you do not want to read cuss words, then this is not the site for you. However, I can completely understand his frustration. I had a roommate who decided not to pay her rent too, and I feel his pain. As an investor though, the bank does not care if your tenant did not pay you. They just want their money.

I love the about me section for the author of this blog. I have to admit that his About Me puts mine (and most people’s for that matter) to shame. I have never seen such a in depth look of why someone is blogging. I love that you get a glimpse into his reasons for the blog and why he decided to continue with it after he made his first goal (which was go from property idiot to a landlord). He outlines his motivations and goals, and we get to see where he was and where he wants to go. His goal (or mission statement) is to make $15K and reduce his mortgage enough to be able to change his interest-only mortgage to a repayment mortgage and still have the rental income cover the costs.Bravo!

Very few blogs have a forum and yet, you can find one here. It is pretty small right now, but I definitely applaud the effort for trying. It is updated, so people are checking it out and commenting. It does take time and patience for a forum to grow, and this forum is definitely at the growing stage.

There are a ton of informative property and investment articles here too. This is definitely a one stop shop for those interested in real estate and property investments.
