Cartoon Doll Emporium

In a world where webkinz are a hit with the tween girls, Cartoon Doll Emporium fits in quite well. Playing with dolls has now gone virtual. Cartoon Emporium has over 750 dolls that you can dress up. They even have a Hannah Montana doll. There are also galleries, contest, and a chat forum too. On the forums, you can buy and sell items with virtual money, get jobs, etc. The best part is that you do not have to pay to participate.
