those swirls sound delicious, and relatively easy to make. What exactly do you mean by rolling the dough jelly style? Just roll it up? or is there a special way?

What is your take on Olive Oil verus other oils like Canola? I’m not the most food-literate of people, but a friend of mine recommended I switch but I’m not sure why it would be a good idea.

Sounds like a good appetizer. I have used the frozen dough before for regular pizza and if you let it sit out for a while to rise, it works well. Oh yeah, more cheese is always better!
