Altitude sickness? I have never heard of it, but I see it exists. My ears just pop really bad when I go up or down large distances.

There was one vacation that I had taken... I went to the top of this statue sitting ontop of a mountain. My nose started to bleed and it did not stop until I was able to get back down to the bottom of the mountain. Definitely not the best way to get involved in your vacation!

Hope you're enjoying yourself!!

In Chicago, we are about 400 ft. In Sedona, we are about 4500 feet. However, I think we have been up to 7,000 ft while we were here. :)
