		<description>Given the rough treatment it is going to endure, I would sure lean towards vinyl tile. I would suggest you buy enough extra too, just in case you have a major disaster, which is certainly not out of the question, for a fraternity house.

This way, you can repair any really torn up places with the extra tile you bought. Might not be a bad idea to maybe have a set of rules to abide by, too.

You should be able to keep within budget and still come out with as nice as is necessary for that kind of use.</description>

		<description>This photo sure looks familiar.  I tiled my bathroom, kitchen and dining room floors all by myself about 4 years ago.  Also I ripped out a small portion of my carpet near my front door and made a small tiled entrance way.  It was difficult, challenging, empowering and most of all I am so proud of what I did.  But....I never want to do it again.  It was very hard on my knees and legs.  :)</description>
