I’ll be the first to tell you that I suck at dieting (as you can probably tell). That is why I am happy to announce that I am partnering with Nutrisystem this year to help me long this journey. I’m hoping you’ll all motivate me and keep me on this change!
I’ll be honest — this will be a long journey. My goal is lose about 100 lbs total. That will take a long time, so I may set up some mini goals for myself to keep me motivated on this journey.
