Rug Doctor announced on May 1 its newest campaign, “Rug Doctor to the Rescue” (#RDToTheRescue), and the company is partnering with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®), the leading animal welfare organization in North America, to help bring pets and people together. Through the “Rug Doctor to the Rescue” program that launched May 1, Rug Doctor, has committed $100,000 to the ASPCA as part of a year-long partnership through the sale of its pet cleaning products in support of the fight against animal cruelty.
May 1 through July 31, for every purchase of its Pet Formula Carpet Cleaner or Urine Eliminator™, which help remove the source of pet stains and odors, Rug Doctor will donate $1 to ASPCA, up to $100,000. Additionally, consumers can spread the animal love by entering the “Rug Doctor to the Rescue” Facebook contest by submitting photos of their own animals for a chance to win prizes such as cash, a 16 GB Apple® iPad® Mini, a 14.2 Megapixel Samsung SMART camera, ASPCA merchandise and a cash donation to an ASPCA-affiliated shelter of the recipient’s choice.
