An Ear For Music

Something I don't actually talk about on here a lot about Madison is her ear for music. Now, Bill's grandpa, he was a piano tuner. Blind for most of his life, he would tune pianos and also compose. We lived with him for a bot a year before we got married, so I got to see him work first hand.

We didn't realize that Madison had an ear for music till she was about 3 (aff). From 3 (aff) – 5, she actually begged that we let her take piano lessons. We did start them for her in kindergarten and haven't looked back since.

Madison is one of those people who can hear a song on the radio and then sit down and can play it. She taught herself “DJ Falling In Love” by Usher. She heard it on the radio and then translated it to the piano. She does this all the time. She also goes to others' houses and plays their pianos too. She even has played piano in her school's Talent Show. Even if it is a

, she can play it!

She doesn't realize that not everybody can do what she does. Do you or your kids have any special talents?
