Avenge Me. The title screams of intrigue…at least it does to me. I can’t speak for everyone, but when I look for books to read I am always drawn to a catchy title and pretty cover. Plus, if the summary on the back of the cover tells a good story-I’m in! Avenge Me (aff) by Maisey Yates has all of the above. I’d have to say this book is directed more toward the women readers; really ladies, who of us can say no to a novel about revenge and pure unadulterated desire?? This book delves into the high class world of Austin Treffen, a man trying to take down his infamous and elite father for an unbelievable scandal. Unfortunately, Austin has no proof and an unquenchable desire for Katy Michaels, a party planner and someone with an identity that hits too close to home (aff) for Austin. These two must work together to reveal the monster that Austin’s father really is-and fulfill their desire for revenge as well as their desire for each other! Avenge Me (aff) is the first book in the Fifth Avenue trilogy, followed by Scandalize Me by Caitlin Crews and Expose Me by Kate Hewitt. I cannot wait to begin the next book to see how the saga continues!!
