    A very thoughtful post on New Year's resolutions. I think I've made every mistake with my resolutions that you mentioned. Too general, no deadlines, too big to handle. I never realized I was setting myself up for failure.

    Interesting. I'm been seeing a lot about this book lately and I think I'm going to have to check it out! I think my biggest problem is that I don't focus on one thing at a time – instead I focus on twenty things at a time.
