Chiropractor

I was super excited tonight. I called the chiropractor this afternoon and was able to get in at 4:45 today. She adjusted my back. It was way different than the last time I went to chiropractor. She tested my reflexes. She tested my grip and strength too. She had me lay on the table, and she cracked my neck. It was weird. From the sound of things, you would have thought that she broke my neck. It cracked pretty bad. She then had me lay on my stomach, and she cracked my back. That hurt a little. Then she strapped my ankles down on her table, and the table stretched me out. I am hoping to gain a few inches. LOL. It also rotated from side to side. While it was doing that, she massaged my back. She then brought me to another room, and I had to lay on a table that had what felt like a rolling pin go up and down my back. I had to lay there for 15 minutes. She said I may feel a bit sore for the next couple of days. I already am feeling that. However, I can tell that my back is better in line already. Its hard to explain, but my back doesn't hurt and I feel like I am sitting straighter. I have to go back Wednesday, so hopefully, this will solve my problem, and I will not need too many more adjustments.

Chiropractors do help you with your body pains and a lot more. It is actually also for those who are "willing" to embrace a healthcare path of body, mind & Spirit!
