CORE Roller

disclosure

If you ever have met my husband, he has amazing calves. However, in getting those amazing calves, he has the highest hamstrings you will ever see (yes, we've been told this by so many people). One of the ways to work those out is using a roller. However, the roller we have been using was just not doing the trick. That is why I was super excited to try out the Core Roller!

The TriggerPoint CORE™ Roller is the ideal foam roller for anyone that is new to foam rolling or recovering from an injury. The high density EVA foam delivers moderate compression with minimal discomfort. Its GRID pattern technology makes it the only solid foam roller on the market to channel blood and oxygen while you roll. The multi-density surface pattern is designed to break up knots and increase mobility, so you can move and feel better.

Available in two sizes, the 36-inch TriggerPoint CORE supports the entire spine during yoga, Pilates, and recovery exercises and provides stability to roll large muscle areas, while the 18-inch CORE’s versatile size can be easily repositioned during exercise to support a variety of massages and mobility routines.

We reviewed the 18 inch roller and are really in love with it. It isn't big and bulky, and it really does work on those sore tight muscles. I can only recommend you pick one up for your house! I know we've used it every day since we've gotten it! It is the perfect Mother's Day gift for the fitness mom in your life!
