Day One of #NSNation

All of my food has arrived and I am starting my Nutrisystem Journey. I'll warn you if you are starting this program that it is a tad overwhelming when everything shows up. First, you have to find room for all the food. I was super excited to find out that a lot of the food is stuff I like. I'm pretty picky and if I can find food to eat with Nutrisystem so can you. With the Nutrisystem food, you will find your resource guide. It is a definite must read. The resource guide directs you along your weight loss journey. It also makes it way less overwhelming. It also makes you realize that you have a team behind you.

As my title states, I started Nutrisystem this morning. I started this morning with a Nutrisystem Breakfast Bar. Nutrisystem makes it so easy:

I love that I just pick what I've eaten from the plan, and I just pick each thing. Their system does the rest as you can see. Plus, it makes it really easy to see what I'm doing and what I'm eating. The protein shake was actually way better than I thought it was. I am use to really gross chocolate diet shakes. This one — yummy and chocolately. The breakfast bar was also way more filling than I thought it would be. I'll have to update you on lunch since it is in the microwave (aff) as I am typing this. 🙂 I love that I have lots of food choices.

Best of all is that I somehow managed to lose 4 pounds from the time I signed up for the program and got my food. Hopefully, I can keep that up!!!

Good luck! The hardest thing for me is eating something different from my family. I'll be interested in seeing how it goes!

Yes, I agree. Every time I've gotten a shipment, it's been interesting trying to find room for it all in our house. I feel bad taking up so much space in the freezer. Oh, well. 🙂

I enjoy reading all the #NSNation blog posts from the different blogs. I hope it works for you. I wish the Nutrisystem made products that those like me who are allergic to peanuts could have. I was turned down for the program bc of my allergy. Oh and cant forget to say congrats on your 4 lbs!!!
