It's hard to believe that it is January already! That being said we have several holiday parties this month plus Madison's 12th birthday party this weekend. I am always looking for things to make that are easy but taste delicious. Kraft did not disappoint me. One of the treats I am making for all of these events is the Mint Chocolate Pudding Fudge! It is easy as pie to make and taste delicious! What more can I ask for? Here is how you make this amazing dessert:

3cups powdered sugar
2/3cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/3cup finely crushed strarlight mints

LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.

step1

Microwave 4 oz. chocolate, 6 Tbsp. butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Add peppermint extrant and dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.

step3

ADD sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended. Pour into prepared pan; press into even layer with back of spatula.

This turned out amazing! I even had time to wrap Madison's present (which you can see underneath the Mint Chocolate Pudding Fudge!). Now, we just have to manage to not eat it all before Saturday afternoon!
