It's hard to believe that it is January already! That being said we have several holiday parties this month plus Madison's 12th birthday party this weekend. I am always looking for things to make that are easy but taste delicious. Kraft did not disappoint me. One of the treats I am making for all of these events is the Mint Chocolate Pudding Fudge! It is easy as pie to make and taste delicious! What more can I ask for? Here is how you make this amazing dessert:
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/2cup butter or margarine
1/2cup water
1tsp. peppermint extract
1pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
3cups powdered sugar
2/3cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/3cup finely crushed strarlight mints
LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
Microwave 4 oz. chocolate, 6 Tbsp. butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Add peppermint extrant and dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.
ADD sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended. Pour into prepared pan; press into even layer with back of spatula.
MICROWAVE remaining butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour over fudge layer in pan; spread to completely cover bottom layer. Top with remaining ingredients.
This turned out amazing! I even had time to wrap Madison's present (which you can see underneath the Mint Chocolate Pudding Fudge!). Now, we just have to manage to not eat it all before Saturday afternoon!
So this blog is still around eh? Wow… been so long since I’ve been here 😀
Those snackies look awesome though! I’m not much of a cook but I could probably get my husband to make something like this at some point (I’d prolly burn down the house if I tried – A girl who can’t cook! Who knew~).
That looks so yummy! What could be better than chocolate mint fudge? Chocolate mint fudge topped with marshmallows!
That looks divine! I love chocolate and peppermint anything. It’s my birthday soon I might want this instead of a cake.
Chocolate and mint is my favorite sweet flavor combination!! I love how easy but super creative this recipe is and I am sure it will be a big hit at the party!!
Oh wow! It did turn out so yummy looking! I love both chocolate and peppermint so this would be a very welcome treat for me. I have glad that this recipe does not require baking. 🙂
I’ve been using Kraft products for a very long time now. I would attest to the quality of their products.
I love anything mint with a tall glass of milk!! This looks pretty simple and very tasty!

My daughter would love this recipe. I think my husband would too! I guess that means I have to make it now, I hope mine comes out as good!
That looks so yummy! I love peppermint and I can’t wait to try this.
I’ve been wanting to make fudge, but never got around to doing it yet. My sweet tooth is telling me it’s about time! 🙂 That looks yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

I think I’m the absolute only person in the world who hates mint and chocolate together! I’m a chocolate/peanut butter or chocolate/caramel girl! I would love to make this with chocolate and caramel with some sea salt on top! YUM!
Oh my gosh! I love mint chocolate ice cream, and really mint chocolate everything so I’m pretty much positive I would love this mint chocolate fudge!! It definitely looks scrumptious!

Sounds so sweet! I haven’t tried fudge with marshmallow before…Yum!
This definitely sounds like a seasonal treat to please my family. I love the chocolate mint aspect of it, and that it is also fudge.
