imageDid you know that May is National Arthritis Awareness Month? Arthritis is really one of those “silent” illnesses. People don't recognize you have it. That is why that I love that Advil® is partnering with the Arthritis Foundation as they provide powerful new tools and resources for those living with arthritis. They will be the first ever “Champion for Life” sponsor! Advil also has Easy Open Arthritis Caps that are designed with a comfortable grip that’s easy to open! There is nothing worse than not being able to open your OTC pain reliever!

Exercise can help ease the pain of arthritis – but how do you determine what activity is best for you? I go to the gym daily. Some days I work with my trainer, as you can see, who helps me figure out what I can do and still be able to function. Advil is sponsoring a unique online tool to provide a personalized exercise plan called Your Exercise Solution. The YES tool will allow you to identify your pain location, select your current fitness level, choose the right activity for you and learn modifications that let you exercise safely! I've never seen anything like it and love how easy it is to use!

Advil is the pain reliever that helps put the pain behind you! There is nothing worse than not being able to do the things you love because of arthritis pain. You look at people who are your age and what they can do, and it is absolutely frustrating. I actually feel lucky, because I just have the early stages of arthritis. The pains that come with arthritis are something that I tackle with my doctor, my gym trainer, and Advil, so I can keep my body in shape and as pain-free as possible.
