I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Sprint. I received product samples to facilitate my review.
It is hard to believe that school is back into session. My kids have been back over a month! However, with them being back into school, the after school activities have now begun. Those activities kill my work schedule though. I am now spending a ton of time in my car waiting on kids. That is where my Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot is a lifesaver. I can use my Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot in the car and get some work done!
I literally am carrying my Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot everywhere I go. It allows me to hook my laptop (aff) up to the internet wherever I am. I'll be heading to the doctor on Thursday, and I am so excited to be able to get some work done on the train on the way there! Bill and I also talked about how great it will be to bring the Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot camping with us. We'll be able to work even when we are suppose to be unplugged (yes, that is a good thing. Bill's pretty much on call 24/7 and we've had work issues come up when we were in the middle of the woods!). My iphone also seems to have issues when I am certain places (like Disney on Ice last week!). I just pull out my Hotspot which solved that problem. It allowed me to send pictures during the show which I've never been able to do before. (Yes, I was doing a happy dance in my seat!)
The Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot is one of the first tri-band devices offered by Sprint. It also the first 4G LTE mobile hotspot from Sprint with international capabilities using GSM roaming. As you can see, you can easily access passwords, SSID information, battery, network signal strength and more with the LCD resistive color touchscreen. I have to admit I was a little surprised on how hard I had to push the screen the to pick my choices. However, that also means things aren't accidentally getting changed while it is in my purse! That I think is great! The interface is so easy to use and the hotspot was beyond easy to set up and use. Best of all, there was no software required for Wi-Fi access. Everything just has worked with it. You can expand up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices sharing one connection (devices include laptops, tablets, eReaders, portable gaming systems and more). The 2500 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of typical use on a single charge, and it does have GPS functionality. Best of all, it is equipped with the latest wireless encryption technology so that personal data/information is not shared when lending out your mobile hotspot. It also supports the most advanced mobile security protocols such as NAT Firewall, VPN pass-through, and password-protected
administration user interface.
As you can see, I am totally loving my Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot!
I need to look into one of these before my conference next week.
I recently got one of these and look forward to using when I travel later this month.
I’ve definitely got to get a hotspot, so glad they are small and easy to transport. The last thing I need is more bulky gear to lug around!
I love that it is safe and is such a great idea. I used a hotel hotspot while on vacation and got totally hacked… I know it is because it was an unsecure network, so this would totally work for me. Thank you
as a constant traveler, this would be awesome
I can’t wait to find out how this compares to Verizon’s hotspot!
This would be awesome for all of the events/travel I have coming up! Thanks for sharing.
Definitely need to look into this. It would make my life so much easier!
this would have been handy for me a few months ago!

Have you found anywhere where you can’t get signal?
So far so good. I haven’t had an issue.
I always need a hotspot when I’m traveling
I want a Hot Spot – was frustrated today when I went to blog at Barnes and Noble and their wi-fi was down…
I love my hot spot.
Fantastic for travel!
