Well, I finally have a name for what I have. It is called mastitis. It is a breast inflammation caused by infection.  This can happen when you become engorged or if your nipples become cracked or irritated.  I am already on antibiotics, so I have to wait and see if this clears everything up.  If it doesn’t, I was told that I would have to stop pumping.  I probably will feel crappy for a little while longer.

I did get some good news at my appointment though.  I lost 28 lbs. already.  Will will be 1 on Saturday, so I can’t complain about that weight loss!  I gained 32 lbs during my pregnancy, so only 4 more to go!  However, none of my pants fit yet, so I am little confused!
