This is not what you think it is.  Can you believe that this is bread?  I was over reading on Red Orbit today and came across this article.  The ‘Human Bread’ is made by 28-year-old art student Kittiwat Unarrom.  At the time he was working on these, he was a fine arts master’s degree student.  This article is from 2005, so I am not sure if he passed his dissertation yet.  Why bread?   His parents are bakers.  He also uses chocolate, raisins, and cashews.

“When people see the bread, they don’t want to eat it. But when they taste it, it’s just normal bread,” he said. “The lesson is ‘don’t judge just by outer appearances.’”

I think this a great lesson we should all live by.
