The Neverending Period Continues
Sighhhh, to get the first half of the story, read here.
Okay, now that everyone is caught up, I just wanted to update everyone since I am getting emails asking how I am. Well, the estrogen is not working at all. I have a call into the OBGYN and am waiting to hear back. I am pretty sure the next step is an ultrasound and then surgery (I think they called it a hysteroscopy). I am trying not to completely freak out, but you know, it’s in my nature. LOL Seriously, it is what it is, and we move on from there.
I’d love to hear from anyone else with this problem, since I hear it is quite common (though no one I know has had this happen).

Update on my weekend
Well, guess where I spent last evening? Five points to the person who guessed in the hospital. No worries — no baby. I tripped and fell yesterday on my stomach and had to go get checked out. While I was there, I started into my preterm labor contractions. They hooked me up to an IV and gave me drugs all night to stop them. I got to leave this morning with 2 prescriptions. One for antibiotics for an UTI that they think I have brewing and another for a pill to stop contractions. My body is killing me today. Ohhh, and I had another ultrasound. This time they said 50/50 on whether I am having a girl or a boy. The umbilical cord was in the way!!!
I have to call the doctor the first thing in the morning to see if they want me to come in. At least till I talk to the doctor tomorrow, I am on bed rest. I also am not allowed to drive. Of course, I have about 100 things to do this week, so this should be interesting.
