My kids love Disney on Ice. I can honestly say that we have not attended one that my kids have not enjoyed. They love watching the ice skaters and seeing the familiar Disney characters. This years show Disney On Ice presents Dare To Dream will not disappoint. Rapunzel, Flynn, and Maximus head out on a hilarious journey that takes adventure to new lengths! We also get to join Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen from The Princess and the Frog, in a magical, musical journey. Lastly, we get to watch Cinderella meeting her Prince Charming with a glass slipper fit for an unforgettable fantasy come true. I love that the show is featuring princesses we have not seen yet in their shows. How cool is that?

It’s that time of year again — Disney on Ice! I swear I look forward to this just as much as my kids do! Who doesn’t like watching our favorite characters skate across the ice. I love it. My kids love it.

This show has us joining Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on a journey into the magical worlds of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Peter Pan and Lilo & Stitch. We get to discover Ariel and Sebastian’s enchanting undersea kingdom; visit the Pride Lands with Simba and Nala; soar through starry skies with Peter Pan and his sassy fairy friend Tinker Bell; and say “aloha” to fun with Lilo and Stitch. (A little personal side note: When Will was born, Madison wanted to call Will Stitch. Needless to say, we went with Will instead. LOL)  The show will be here in Chicago at the United Center September 7th – September 11th.

Here’s a coloring page for all you Toy Story 3 fans!

Who is your favorite Toy Story 3 character? Mine isn’t one listed above. For me, it’s either the Barbie/Ken couple or Mr. Pricklepants. Both were awesome in Toy Story 3. I wonder if either will be in the Disney on Ice show. My kids loved the monkey!

Since attending a few shows last year, we are definitely Disney on Ice fans! My kids love it and my husband and I can’t complain either. They are really great shows that keep everyone’s attention. I recently posted about our awesome trip to Disney On Ice.  I now have another great event that we are going to and I’d love to have a local blogger (or non blogger for that matter) join us!  My kids have never been to the circus, so we are so excited that we get to go this year!  After seeing their reaction to Disney On Ice, I know that they are going to love it.  They love animals — I’m just worried about how many souvenirs we’ll end up walking out with!
