I finally got the pictures off my camera, and I have to show you all this picture. This is what happens when bloggers meet with their kids. This is Elizabeth from Table4Five with all the kids. Of course, there was no way to get everyone looking at the camera at the same time, so I had to settle with one person. With this many little ones running around, I am so glad I don’t have any glass sinks! Amazingly, nothing got broken and everyone had a good time, so we are going to have to plan on doing this again soon!

My friend Elizabeth and I talk quite a bit on Messenger — almost daily — so it wasn’t weird for me to be talking to her this afternoon.  However, she decide to come visit my kids and me today!  The cool part of this is that Elizabeth lives 4 hours from me!  Elizabeth and her 2 year old are at my house right now for a visit.  The three kids (my two and her one) are playing great together, and everyone is getting along great!  Us moms were able to talk, play on our computers, get some blogging done, and generally have a good time.  It’s going to be sad when they have to leave, but I am so glad they came to visit!

If you are in need of publicity and/or buzz for your service or company, Izea is definitely your one stop shop. You can get everything you need from the various social media advertising they offer. They have products sampling, blog posts, and blog sponsorships just to name a few of the offers you can do.  I have been on both sides of the campaigns that can be run;  I have run some of my own opportunites for bloggers, and I am a blogger myself.  The Izea staff is great — if you have any question, they are great to help you get exactly what you want.  Izea now has two marketplaces you can choose from — PPP and Social Spark.  PPP allows you to pick segmentation and any blogger who meets your criteria can choose your opportunity.  Social Spark is more of social networking site.  You are able to set up blogrolls and street teams and choose which bloggers can take you opportunity.  There also is the marketplace like at PPP that allows anyone to take your opportunity.  You can set it up that after your opportunity is full that people can request a slot.  They will tell you why they should blog about you.  It is great way for you to find bloggers that missed out on your opportunity but still are a good fit for you.  They also have dynamic pricing where instead of spending all your money in one day, you can choose a daily spend.  These are just a few of the advantages of working with Izea.  I highly recommend trying them out if you want to advertise!

Its been a rough week or so at my house. Honestly, I think I would have preferred being at some vegas hotels than be here. I have to thank you all for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. It does actually mean a lot to me.

I also have to give Elizabeth from Table4Five a shout out. She offered to drive to my house (which is around 5-6 hours from hers) and give me hand if my parents were unable to come. Now, how awesome is that? I am hoping to get some Will birthday pictures up tonight, but Bluehost in being a pain again and I’m having problems with my sites. As I am typing this, I am not sure if I will even be able to post this any time soon.

It is official.  Starting today, my house will be under construction for the next month.  It’ll be cool when it is all done.  However, I am not exactly looking forward to living in a construction zone for the next month.  I finally took some before pictures: (though they did a little electrical work last night)
