If you are a Biggest Loser fan, then this is a great workout game for you! Throughout the game, you will find shots that look extremely familiar from the exterior shot of The Ranch to the gym to the locations that the contestants do challenges. The game will calculate a score that indicates your current health and fitness levels based on information you enter into it. If you have balance board, it will weigh you. From there, you can pick a personalized program and start a fitness test. After that, the game determines what level you belong on. The levels definitely seem pretty accurate. You can also choose what trainer to work with (or both!). The exercises you will do range from jumping jacks to jump rope to boxing to lunges and twists. The challenge games are based on challenges shown on TV: Slipstream, Boom or Bust, Light Cycles, Sprint and Slide, and Punch Clock.
Since none of us are going to make it onto the show (most likely), The Biggest Loser Challenge is a great substitute. I'd recommend it for a good workout if you are a fan of the show!
