Where To Go On Vacation Next Year

Yes, I am already thinking about where we need to take vacation next year. I plan ahead on most things and vacation is definitely not something that we wait to plan for (plus I need time to save for said vacation).

Now, this year, we went to New York. From Chicago, that is something like a 13 – 14 hour drive. Next year, I am looking to only go about 8 hours or less (though I would be willing to go 10 hours if we have too). My kids will be 6 and 9 next summer (we are looking for a place for when school is out in June), so I need a place that will keep them busy. We are looking to stay for about a week. I also don't want to spend an arm and leg on activities either.

This was a question I asked on Facebook, and I got a lot of really good suggestion. Since you all don't follow me on there, I wanted to ask you all on here what you thought. Madison asked if we could do some Hawaii vacations. I said no unless we could drive there though I sure wouldn't mind heading there!

Where do you suggestion we go on vacation next summer?

Well, I just it depends on what you feel like doing! My family and I took a Disney Cruise this past June and it was the most incredible experience of my life! Your children are at such a wonderful age, I think they would love it! 😀
