Why Women Can’t Sleep at Night

image002

This is how a woman's brain works. Every one of those little blue balls is a thought about something that needs to be done, a decision or a problem that needs to be solved.

A man has only 2 (aff) balls and they take up all his thoughts. (Ok, a little mean, but very funny)

That's how I am before I go to sleep. I think that's why I have so many dreams.

  3. Breezie

    soooo true.

Women often think 24 hours a day is not enough. It should be 34 hours a day. lol. I feel I'm always in a rush. And I'm glad that I'm not the only one feeling like that. The illustration here shows how big our 'inner strength' is. Thank you for making me feel better.

My partner always falls asleep before me and I'm so jealous of that.

And I'd say that image would be a direct correlation of how her brain worked as well.

    Some things just aren't fair.

OMG, that giant picture-machine is too cool! I feel like I could stare at it for hours.

WOW, I don't know that women are using most of their sleeping time thinking about the daily works…

I must give my salute to you all here!

I agree with Jake, I'm having too much fun just staring at the machine! I keep trying to focus on just one ball and follow it all the way down, but it's so hard. Sort of like organizing my life LOL

I know whatcha mean, Elizabeth. And I think each ball may actually make it's way through the entire machine if you follow it long enough (I haven't).

Also, we can see that balls wrap around to the opposite side when falling off the edge.

For those technically inclined, you can also marvel that this is all 1 giant animated .gif image.

Someone told me this has been around on the 'net for a while, even though it's new to me, and many others, here.

As for the joke at the end… Sure, a tad mean, but even from my perspective as a guy, it's kinda true too. 😉

I have found that relaxing and using techniques like yoga have really helped decrease the number of blue balls in my life but I certainly get your point! Us women are always worrying/thinking about something!
