Wits & Wagers Family

Now, Wits & Wagers is a series of games. However, we have only played the family version, and my family loves it! Wits & Wagers Family has fairly simple rules. First, every player writes down a guess to a fun question. The questions aren't anything that you would just know off hand, so there is some definite guessing going on no matter what your age. This is one of the reasons I really like this game. My 7 year old has just as good of a chance as I do (and Madison actually got some of the answers right on by guessing!). Then players try to score points by choosing which guess is closest to the right answer without going over. That is it! The game features 300 family-friendly questions and Meeples– fun, cute, human shaped wooden pieces that the players use to select which answers they think are correct.

This game is for 8 and up, but Madison had no problems playing it (she just turned 7). As a family, this is a great game, and I highly recommend getting one for you house (and I'll definitely try out some of their other games in this series!).
