A good night sleep is beneficial for our brain development, reduction of stress and ability to function properly. Sleeping at night can become a challenge when you’re not sleeping on the right mattress, have stress that’s consuming your mind or struggle with anxiety. There are many reasons the average person struggles with getting a good night sleep, but today I hope to give you some great reasons why a good night sleep matters so that you can start working towards a new goal of getting a good night sleep.

When you’re able to get a good night sleep, that deep level of sleep every night, you’ll find that you have more energy. Your brain gets restored and your body is energized. You may wake up less groggy over time as you learn to get a good night sleep every night.

Whether you’re suffering from mental illness or aches and pains, a good night sleep can help you with your ability to stay focused. When you struggle with anxiety or depression your mind can get overworked easily. A good night sleep allows your brain to be healed overnight for a new day.

With a good night sleep, you’re better able to think creatively in all areas of life. This is great for a person who works in the blogging or other art type industry. Working in the creative field means your mind must be inspired on a regular basis, a good night sleep naturally inspire creativity.

If you’re a parent wondering why your child needs to have a good night sleep, well the simple fact is that a good night sleep helps your child grow. Being able to enter a dreamful state helps your child process all that they learned that day and wake up ready to learn more.

While there are many reasons a good night sleep matters, the reality is that sleep is vital to the forward progression of any human being. It’s important to develop a good sleep pattern every night after you make sure that your bed is the right fit for your best sleep possible.
I totally believe in a good night’s sleep. I have no problem falling asleep, but sometimes I wake up way too early and can’t fall back to sleep.
So true! I always try to sleep well. Some nights are better than others. I hate feeling groggy in the morning.

I am thankful that I sleep well at night even though my daughter says we go to bed too early. I do believe it helps kids grow at night.
could not agree more w/ this m yfriend- the older i get the more i realize i need my sleep esp for healing- thats so important ha- yes it helps me to get more energized but it also helps heal past wounds and awful thoughts!
Good night sleep is a must for me. I hope that my 7months old will soon sleep all night without waking up and so I can have good night sleep again 🙂
I miss sleep. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since I got pregnant with my oldest.
Sleeping makes me happy. I do notice a huge difference in my attitude when I don’t sleep well. As well as in my children.

It’s important to get a good nights sleep. I have noticed it has a big impact on my well being when I don’t get to sleep enough.
Sleep is such a vital part of my physical and emotional well being. If I don’t get enough rest, the entire world will be able to tell the next day.
I agree with all of these! That’s why I make sure to have at least eight hours of sleep every night or I’ll be grumpy the next day. LOL.
I’m a bit of a night owl, but I am lucky to be able to sleep in, so I usually get around 7-8 hours sleep. The nights I don’t, I feel exhausted for a couple of days.
I agree with all of these reasons. When I don’t get enough sleep I am grumpy and can not think clearly. It is hard on me and those around me so I try very hard to get plenty of sleep.
We all need a good sleep, it really has lots of benefits. I’d love to change my mattress to a more comfortable one.
