Cough Drops

Signature Care Honey Lemon Cough Drops are great when I have a sore throat or an irritating cough. I currently have a cold, so I'm using these daily!

Hot Lemon Drinks

This is from my mom and is super easy to make:

  1. Juice a lemon.
  2. Heat some water.
  3. Once the water is as hot as you can stand to drink, add the lemon juice to it.
  4. Stir and add in some sugar if you need to.
  5. Drink and go to bed.

This makes me sweat, but I always feel better after drinking one!

Seriously, you aren't going to get better unless you rest. Try to relax and get as much sleep as possible. This goes for staying healthy and if you are already sick.

5. Take a hot shower.

The moisture from the steam in the show can help a scratchy throat as well as loosen congestion. It can also help if you are achy.
