Breakfast and Books Giveaway

With school back in session, we are finding outselves buying new backpacks, school supplies, and snacks for back-to-school.  If you do your shopping at Walmart, you’ll also have the opportunity to get a free book from Scholastic Book Clubs!  Select specially-marked Kellogg’s products, including  Raisin Bran®, Mini-Wheats® Little Bites Original, Nutri-Grain®, Eggo®, Pop-Tarts®, Cheez-it®, and Rice Krispies Treats®  have codes inside that allow you to get a free $5 coupon for a free book from ScholasticBook Clubs or the Scholastic Store Online.

I love that Scholastic and Kellogg’s has teamed together.  Reading is super important in my home.  It helps in every aspect of life.  I happen to believe that is also has helped Madison do so well with her spelling tests.  That being said, did you know that according to the National Assessment of Education Progress, 2/3 of 8th graders in the US don’t read at a “proficient” level!

Since I think reading is important, I have also teamed up with them to give away a Breakfast and Books prize pack! The winner will receive the following: four (4) books (Let it Fall by Maryann Cocca-Leffler (ARV $3.99); Pirates Go to School by Corrine Demas and John Manders (ARV $16.99); Geronimo Stilton: The Haunted Castle by Geronimo Stilton (ARV $6.99); Goosebumps Horrorland: Five Masks of Dr. Scream by R.L. Stine (ARV 6.99)); five (5) Kellogg’s® products (Kellogg’s® Pop-Tarts® toaster pastries (16 ct. – Cherry); Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal (27.5 oz.); Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Little Bites cereal (15.8 oz.); Cheez-It™ Caddies (24 ct.); Kellogg’s® Nutri-Grain® bars (8 ct. – Strawberry); and a $15 Retailer-issued Pre-loaded Debit Card (ARV of each prize $69.84).
