Calvin, Look Out!: A Bookworm Birdie Gets Glasses

Untitled drawing

Everybody's favorite bookworm birdie is back—and something's wrong! When Calvin (aff) reads the word “wagons,“ he sees “dragons” instead, and he's tripping over the library chairs. Calvin (aff) needs glasses! When his family checks out the new specs, though, they just tease him. Poor Calvin. But when he gets lost and trapped in the forest, it's Calvin's glasses (and smarts) that save the day. Soon EVERYONE thinks glasses are great—and Calvin's clan becomes the coolest flock of starlings in the sky.

Calvin, Look Out!: A Bookworm Birdie Gets Glassesis a great book, because both my kids wear glasses. They have worn them since they have been 3 (aff) years old. This book would have come in really handy back then! This is a great book if your kids are getting classes! I can only recommend it!

My kids wear glasses also and I would have enjoyed reading this to them when they were younger. It seems like a terrific book.

It’s funny because my son just found out that he needs glasses haha. As a 7 year old boy, he thinks it’s ‘uncool’ haha so I might have to pick up this book for him and see if we can’t change his mind!
