Cooper's Pack Travel Guide to New York City

In this latest adventure in the Cooper’s Pack children's travel guide series, Cooper heads off for New York City to see his old friend Phinney the Bear. Phinney is a long-time New Yorker and takes Cooper under his wing to show him what it is like to be in America’s largest and most active city. Follow the two as they visit Central Park, see NYC from the water, and of course, take in the sights from the Top of the Rock. Through their city travels, Phinney teaches Cooper the main tenants of traveling, including:

1. Have fun and take pictures
2 (aff). Be courteous and respectful to others
3 (aff). Be smart and learn about new cultures
4. Make new friends

The book includes over 100 hidden secrets, or “buried bones” along with an educational activity section. The coordinating iPad application decodes the buried bones along with offering additional interactive elements.

I wish we would have had this book before we went to New York this summer! However, my kids loved going through this book and pointing out the things we did in New York. We also have to stop at a few more places our next trip out there! Cooper's Pack Travel Guide to New York City is just so much fun. We'll be getting more books out of this series!

Thank looks like a fun little book for kids who like to travel and discover new places.

It would also make a great item to take along with you so that your kids can read on a road trip!
