One of my New Year's Resolutions this year is going to be to lose weight. One of the many changes I plan on making in my life is exercising more. That is where the Dustin Maher’s Fit Moms for Life comes in!
Dustin Maher is a personal trainer/fitness instructor/writer/motivational speaker/and teacher, and is from Wisconsin. I'm not sure how I've not heard of him before, but I am so glad I've been introduced to his DVDs. He has a degree in Exercise Science, and he wants to help moms lose weight and get healthy. In addition to the Fit Moms for Life series, he has numerous DVDs including Got Core, Ultimate Buddy Bootcamp, and BabyTone. He also has a book coming out soon – Fit Moms for Life: How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay Your Kids. Now, who doesn't want the energy to keep up with their little ones?
The Fit Moms For Life DVD contains a full 60 minute workout that contains body toning strength training, tummy toning abs, 8 minutes of burst training to burn the fat, and a nice warm up and cool down. It also features a nutrition segment followed by a testimonial. This is a 12 month program and each DVD progresses upon the previous. Then your body doesn't get use to the same workout and keeps you challenged (and not bored). This workout video is definitely tough. That being said, I think anybody could do this video after a few viewings (moms, dad, kids, etc).
