GH Cretors is one of my favorite brands out there. They have some of the best popcorn on the market. I love their Chicago Mix Popcorn (I buy it in bulk at Costco!). They have two new flavors out now: Simply Salted and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I can tell you that they are both amazing. I may have hid them from the rest of my family just so I could enjoy their yummy goodness.

There are also some great recipes you can make with this popcorn like this Sweet & Salty Popcorn Bark.

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper so it overhangs the edges. Place the chocolate in heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat. Reserve 1/2 cup melted chocolate, for drizzling. Pour remaining chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Top evenly with popcorn, dried cherries and toffee bits. Drizzle reserved chocolate on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Remove from pan and peel off the parchment paper. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

- Use at least a 70% dark chocolate for best results.
- Finish the bark by sprinkling with a 1/2 tsp sea salt, if desired.

  1. I love G.H. Creators Popcorn and this is an awesome recipe to make with it. It looks easy and I would like to have this on hand for movie night! Thanks for sharing!

  2. I really like this stuff too. It’s amazing how nice and different (in a good way) popcorn made with olive oil is.
