Both of my kids play soccer. Right now, we are in the middle of spring soccer season, so my life has been a bit crazy. My kids play on two different teams, and I coach one of those teams! I love hamburger helper. It makes great camping food too. I love the crunchy taco, cheesy enchilada rice, and a few others. There was one called rice oriental that they took off the shelves and I miss it. I ate it growing up and it was one of my favorites.
