Looking for an app that will help you to find and share recipes and connect with other food enthusiasts? Hoorray is everything you need and more and is available through a free app download on Apple iTunes and the Google App Store.
Hoorray was developed to get Americans excited about cooking in their own kitchens, bringing together recipes, inspiring imagery of real food and a supportive social community. It offers a real view into home (aff) kitchens across the country, giving home (aff) cooks of all levels a new way to create and share recipes, search for the latest culinary trends or just master basic techniques. Hoorray was created by International Masters Publishers (IMP), a well-known publisher of high-quality recipe collections in the U.S. for more than 30 years.
The first thing you do is set up your My Profile page and start inviting your friends and get followers. Set up took me no time at all.
Then start creating and sharing recipes and photos from what you cook at home or eat in restaurants which is both easy and fun. I added 5 of my own recipes in there before I started looking around at what others had posted. I will warn you, don't be hungry looking through this app. You will want one of everything.
You can even set up collections with recipes you've created yourself or recipes others have created on the app. You can also follow other people's collections! Another really awesome feature is the shopping list feature. When you find a recipe you like, you can add the ingredients to your shopping list! I can't tell you how handy that is!
This app is so easy and so much fun to use. I have so many new recipes I am dying to try! This will definitely come in handy for the age old question of what's for dinner!
