I contacted BCBS again. I guess that when the hospital originally sent the claim in that they did not include the onset date or that it was an emergency room visit. After fighting with them for the last six months, this is finally getting paid. I will also be getting money back from the emergency room physicians, since I already paid their bill. It ended up being a good day.
