It's a Small World is a book created on the song of the very same name. It even comes with an It's a Small World CD. That being said, this is one of the few It's a Small World books I've seen that didn't make me feel the need to sing along with the story.  The illustrations in this book give the words a life of their own.  Each page perfectly shows the line of the song it is portraying.  The book takes us on an international tour from China to Russia to Africa to the Americas.    This book reminds us all how much we are all really alike (which I think is a great message).

It's a Small World is one of those books that everyone should have in their home (aff) — young and old alike.
