Bill and I thought we were going nuts for about a week now. Every so often we would hear what sounded like a radio. It was driving us nuts. It wouldn’t last long enough, so we could figure out where it was coming from. Last night, I finally located where it was coming from. I had already tested the speakers from the entertainment center, so I knew it wasn’t coming from there. Bill lifted the love seat last night and guess what we found!
A cell phone. What sounded like a radio was a ring tone. And how did that get there? Well, Bill had a poker party at the house while I was gone and one of his friends spent the night and slept on the couch. It was his phone that has been ringing for the past week!
I am glad to say that I am not crazy and that we got to the bottom of this mystery!
wow.. that would have drove anyone crazy i think, that's a cute story. Bill's friend must have been glad to get his cell back.
and the owner has probably gone crazy too after calling again and again and again… 🙂 🙂

That is too funny! You think the person who left the phone behind would have been in a panic and would be retracing their steps trying to find it. Of course, that is probably who was calling to see if someone picked up!

That would have drove me insane. I'm glad you got to the bottom of it before you guys really started to think you were hearing things. I'm sure the owner of the cell phone is also relieved.
Ummm, how could the owner not know they were missing their cell phone?

We haven't talked to him yet, but we called his roommate and it got it back to him.
We were going crazy. I'm glad we figured it out too. LOL
We originally thought it was one of the kids toys. We were surprised that it was a cell phone. I'm just glad we aren't hearing it anymore.
