The Monsterologist: A Memoir in Rhyme

The Monsterologist: A Memoir in RhymeIf you (or someone you know) are interested in monsters, you need to get The Monsterologist (aff): A Memoir in Rhyme. This book will teach you everything you need to know about the hows and whys of what monsters to do. The best part? The book is in rhyme which makes it all the more fun to read. You'll find an interview with the Loch Ness Monster, an invitation from Count Dracula, and maybe something about the monster underneath your bed!

In all seriousness, The Monsterologist (aff): A Memoir in Rhyme is a really cute book that kids will definitely enjoy.  Madison, my five year old, loved this book.  She loved all the pages that were just a little different and required us to look around more.  She loved illustrations too (actually, mom liked them just as much).  They really draw your kids into the story.  They rhyming I think helps make it less scary and actually makes the monsters fun.

I think The Monsterologist: A Memoir in Rhyme is a really great kids book and would highly recommend it. They have even created a website for you to check out too!

  1. Cool book! Kids will definitely love this. I think it's great that there is a book explaining the hows and whys of what monsters do, and it does in a way that monsters aren't scary at all. Rhymes really do help make reading much more interesting and also help kids be much more imaginative.

  2. Books for children seem to be the best sellers today. Parents can't get enough healthy reading for their children. Thank you for pointing this book out. My kids love monsters.

  3. Hmmm… that sounds like a must have especially with Halloween right around the corner.

I'm glad the kids will enjoy and the best thing is Halloween is my wife's Birthday! 😆
