Let’s see… It’s an arctic wasteland in Chitown right now, and I’m all caught up on The Walking Dead. World War Z it is!
I’m all about that Netflix Life. I’m watching the Entire Season of “How I met your Mother”. Great show for young Adults and Teens 18-& 19
Netflix is a dangerous addiction for me on a cold winter day. Princess Bride is my favorite to watch with my kiddos.
Don’t forget ‘The Adventures of Puss in Boots’ for the kids!
Here in Miami, there are no snow days…LOL! But I still love having lazy TV all-day days, and Netflix is awesome!
I was supposed to relax all day today…and possibly watch something on Netflix! But I didn’t! I DID make homemade biscotti, focaccia, broccoli mac n’cheese bake, and coconut oil chocolates!
I completely forgot they were doing a Saul spinoff- we just finished streaming Breaking Bad on Netflix. I don’t think I’ll ever run out of something great to stream on Netflix.

I am addicted to Netflix. I am currently playing catch up on AHS. so good.
Labyrinth is one of my fave movies of all time, but I didn’t know it was on Netflix! It was years back but then it was gone – off to watch it now!
We love Netflix – even though we don’t have snow days in Southern California 🙂
YES to Breaking Bad! It truly is one of the best shows of all time.
This is a great list ! There have been so many snow days… King Julien reigns champion here!

I fell in love with Breaking Bad one afternoon when I was sick and was stuck on the couch. It was a great series.
I just saw All Hail King Julien on my toddlers kids menu just recently but she has been stuck on Puss in Boots. Great selections.
Netflix is always my best friend during snow days! I usually end up binge watching shows!
Good suggestions! We actually just watched Jumanji with our oldest and he liked it! I’m all for once upon a time – can’t wait for the new ones to start!!
Netflix is my family’s only source of television! We love all of the options.
I forgot all about ‘Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.’ I bet my son is the perfect age to like that one now!
I’ve been binge watching Friends. It has been so much fun reliving those moments, especially as my teen watches for the first time.
Will Netflix ever go wrong? A snowy weather outside is a perfect accompaniment for movies!
These are great ideas! Netflix has so many great movies to choose from!
It’s always great to catch a good movie with the family at home when it’s snowing. World War Z is my favorite among all on your lists. It’s quite scary and fun at the same time.
I LIVE IN ITALY.HERE NETFLEX IS NOT THAT FAMOUS.I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS FROM MY COUSIN WHO CAME HERE FOR HOLIDAY.AND I THINK ITS GREAT
Great choices. My kids love our Netflix and have watched many of your wonderful selection choices.
We love our Netflix and mostly our kids watch it more than anything. They even watch it on their tablets!

Hook + Jumanji are classics. Gotta love them! Robin Williams was awesome in both.
I love Breaking Bad so much, one of my all-time favorite TV series; this is a great list!
netflix is a staple in my house, we love it!!!! great choices on it and of course the tv shows 🙂
I had never watched a Netflix series until last fall when my daughter got me hooked on “Orange is the New Black.” I binged watched it until I got all caught up. Is there going to be another season?
Would love to watch them but we don’t have Netflix, we have cable. We have TV series that we watch too and it’s always fun to watch them with my boys. 🙂
I love your choices! When its cold, you just want to snuggle in and watch all the tv you can get!
I just watched Hook with the kids. They loved it.
My husband and I have been on a walking dead binge. I recommend waiting until the little ones are asleep before watching this one as well. Our oldest (age 6) caught a glimpse of a walker on a commercial and had severe nightmares for awhile.
I was excited when I logged in to Netflix the other day and it told me that Ever After High was going to have new episodes. Kiddo and I love them along with Monster High. So cute.
Great picks. Sounds like a great evening.
Oak Lawn? Are you in Chicago?? I grew up there! ( Wheaton) . We have lots of know here in Iowa too. I am watching Gilmore Girls for the first time.

We love the rescuers! Such a fun movie. And my hubby and I cannot wait for Call Saul!!
My daughter CAN NOT WAIT for the Ever After High premiere of Spring Unsprung this Friday and my husband just got finished watching the season of Marco Polo which he RAVED about. Netflix original programming is awesome!
Isn’t it sooooo very cool that we can view some of the shows we never saw – and some I never thought I’d enjoy – I loved – my husband is always picking out Netflix surpirises for us
I totally need to show my kids The Rescuers! Blast from the past!
Red vs. Blue! Ok, well, maybe not fort he kids, but I couldn’t believe it when I found that on Netflix. Took me back to my younger days (not my youth, but still),
My kids love Honey, I shrunk the kids. Great movie and a lot of fun to watch.
20 inches! I’d consider Netflix a lifesaver after that!
Netflix has definitely been a lifesaver during this terrible snowy winter!
Sometimes Netflix is both a blessing and a curse. I love that I can find new things to watch all the time, but sometimes the kids will get stuck on something they really like and watch it over and over and over…
I’m always on the look out for new movies to watch. Netflix is always a go to for me and i’m excited to give this list a try.
Thanks for the recommendations. I’m snowed in but braved the outdoors to put my garbage container curbside. I’m using the indoor time to catch up on calls and work… I’m over the snow already and it’s only February! 🙂
We love everything in this movie list of yours. Thank for the recommendations, some of these movies needs to be seen again.
