There may be nearly two feet of snow on the ground (20 inches here in Oak Lawn!), but the real adventure today can start indoors. If today is a snow day at your house, here are a few TV shows and movies from Netflix that will get everyone's imaginations running wild. Whether you choose to host a (slightly tamer) game day a la Jumanji or create a science experiment inspired by The Szalinskis, here’s to your own indoor adventure on the day off.

    My husband and I have been on a walking dead binge. I recommend waiting until the little ones are asleep before watching this one as well. Our oldest (age 6) caught a glimpse of a walker on a commercial and had severe nightmares for awhile.
