The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution

It is always hard when you have a picky eater in your home. I personally refuse to make 20 meals for dinner. That being said I have a kid who isn’t a picky eater (however, she is stubborn enough that she will starve herself rather than eat something she doesn’t want to) and one who is.

The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution is not a miracle. However, it does give you some guidelines to figure out how to get your picky eater to eat. I loved the science behind why children crave sweet things. I also liked how where some blame is placed on parents in some situations that picky eating it really normal childhood behavior. The book has quotes from real parents too. There are even some recipes in the back of the back of the book that everyone will enjoy yet contain items that they otherwise may not eat!

If you have a picky eater, The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution is a must read!
