Old phones? Now what?

In looking for Christms presents I've hidden around the house, I came across a couple of old phones. (I also found a $25 gift card with money still on it FTW!). That being said — what do you do with your old phones? There are just so many options out there. I have heard of doing a mobile phone trade in, but haven't actually ever done that. I have heard of donating them to women's shelters too. I have even seen commercials on tv. I just know that when I got my iphone, Sprint bought my old mobile off me (cracked screen and all).

With technology advancing as quickly as it does, what do you do with your old mobile phones? What do you recommend I do with this old Blackberry that I found?

I've never traded in my old phones. I usually just sell them on Ebay.
