Planet Ocean

Screen Shot 2013-04-04 at 7.40.58 PMJust in time for summer and Earth Day – Planet Ocean – the documentary that takes you around the world on an unprecedented journey into the least known regions of the earth will be available on Blu-Ray and DVD April 19 from Universal Studios Home (aff) Entertainment.

Through dazzling aerial and underwater imagery captured in extreme geographical conditions worldwide, Planet Ocean (aff) delivers an unpredented journey into the least known regions of our planet. This stunning documentary aims to captivate as well as provide understanding of humankind's relationship to the ocean and stress the urgency of making sustainable changes.

Bonus features include the making of Planet Ocean (aff) — In the Skies Above Rio (aff), Underwater, and Shanghai.

My thoughts on this video? I love it. The kids and I enjoyed taking in the breathtaking scenes. I loved how the video was teaching us (and the kids not even realizing it). It is a good reminder of why the oceans are so important to us.

I highly recommend watching Planet Ocean.
