Pregnancy & Ice Cream

There is one good thing about being pregnant. I normally am lactose intolerant. It doesn't really bother me all that much. I just have to watch how much dairy I have in a day. Ice cream is normally a big no-no. It will make me sick. However, I can eat as much ice cream that I want when (aff) I am pregnant. I love it! I am trying to catch up on all the ice cream I won't be able to have once this baby is born. When (aff) I was pregnant with Madison, my lactose intolerance also went away. However, right after I had her, it came back. I have a feeling that the same thing will happen with this one. Till then, I am going to eat as much as I can. LOL

  1. That's curious, I thought it was just me. I'm also lactose intolerant and from time to time I have to stop drinking and eating diary food. Well during both my pregnancies the lactose intolerance went away. I never researched this subject but maybe there is an explanation.

  2. With Madison, I craved ice cream all the time, so talked to my doctor about it. They don't know why it happens, but it just does. So I am going to enjoy it while I can. 🙂
