#RadioFlyer Ride & Stand Stroll 'N Trike Giveaway

Radio Flyer is one of those quality brands that you know will serve your family well. They are know for their quality products and their new Ride & Stand Stroll ‘N Trike fits that bill perfectly. Since my kids are a tad old for this, I had my sister try this out.

With a 4 year old and a 13 month old, sharing is a daily struggle. Even though my four year old has his own big boy bike, he did not want to share his old tricycle with his younger sister. I also though I was going to have to wait until next spring/summer as most tricycles are for 1 and 1/2 (aff) or older. But the new radio flyer tricycle is rated for 9 moths to 5 years old. This bike is going to grow with her!

It has 4 different settings or levels as my 4 year old says. It goes from infant trike to push trike, learn-to-ride trike, and classic trike as the box says. The best features I have noticed so far are the removable safety tray to hold her that includes the cup holder. The pedals have a lock setting so when the parents are in control the child's dangling feet are not hit with the pedals. We don't have to use the stroller for longer walks and she feels more independent.

The harness is another safety feature that makes me feel like my daughter is very protected. My son loves that he can ride on the back when he gets tired and jump off when he's all rested. The assembly is very easy and my husband would have completed a lot quicker without both kids trying to help. The step by step directions made it a snap.

I wish we would have had this bike earlier in the summer for walks around the block or to the park. It gets the family outside together for long walks. I would recommend this to families with siblings close in age.

IMG_0428Radio Flyer is also unveiling Little Red Stories, an online gallery where fans can submit or browse stories, photos and videos of Radio Flyer experiences, past or present! Those who submit their Radio Flyer memories, whether 2 (aff) days ago or 20 years ago, through text, photo or video have a chance to be selected as a monthly winner and win a $500 gift card to RadioFlyer.com. All entries will be eligible for Radio Flyer's Little Red Stories $10,000 cash grand prize plus a custom Build-A-Trike and Build-A-Wagon to be awarded in May 2014.
