“Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby” . . . everyone knows that song, and there is now a really great book by the same name. Over The Rainbow is a book you can't help but sing when you are reading it. The illustrations are beyond beautiful. The artwork was painted on linen and scanned (which is very different from other illustrated books created on a computer), and you can tell. The pictures tell the story without the words. You can easily get lost in just the pictures. Each page has a few lines of the song on it. The other really cool part of this book is that it comes with a CD. If for some reason, you don't remember the song, you can listen to it while reading the book.

This is a great book for anybody in your life (young or old)!
