Every week we do a pasta night in our house. Usually, it is spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread, however this week I had a chance to join the “Red Gold Simple Gourmet Lasagna
Party” and made my family an amazing meal!
Thanks to Red Gold Tomatoes, I made lasagna with diced tomatoes with basil garlic and oregano, crushed tomatoes, Creamette lasagna noodles, and a variety of cheeses. The kit I was sent from Red Gold included 3 cans of the tomatoes, the noodles, a Laura’s Lean Beef apron, a coupon for Laura’s lean beef, 6 lasagna recipes, and a neat little carrying bag.
This had to be one of the best and easiest lasagnas I have ever made. The only thing you have to do is brown your meat and add your cheese! This recipe was so easy I can’t wait to make it again. But was it good you ask?? I’m pretty sure my family said it was the best lasagna I’ve ever made! The leftovers were quickly devoured the next day!
