Instructions

Icing directions

  • Using a standing mixer (aff), combine the egg whites, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream of tartar and mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Split the icing into three bowls
  • Add a little bit of food coloring to each bowl. One color (red, black, yellow) per bowl.
  • Scoop a little bit of the red icing into one piping bag with a number 2 tip and the black icing into the second number 2 tip, and the yellow icing into the third piping bag with a number 2 tip
  • Add 3 tbsp water to the remaining red icing and mix until combined.
  • Pour icing into the squeeze bottle.

Brownie Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Follow the directions on the back of the brownie box to make the brownies.
  • Once baked, cool on a wire rack until cooled to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, slide the brownies out of the pan and cut them into bars.
  • Flip brownies upside down to pipe icing on the smooth side.
  • Using the black icing, pipe the belt in the middle of the brownies and fill in
  • Using the red icing, pipe the top and bottom part and fill in with the thinner red icing in the squeeze bottle.
  • Using the yellow icing, pipe on the belt buckle
  • Let dry for an hour before enjoying.
