Are you wanting to cut the cord? With so many options out there, you definitely need to check out Google Chromecast. You can watch movies, shows, live TV, YouTube, and photos streaming on your TV from all your family's devices. Did you know that there are more than 2000 apps like Netflix, YouTube, YouTube TV, and HBO NOW you can chose from?

What's super cool is that you can stream from your phone to your TV. You just plug Chromecast into the HDMI port on your TV and you can power and stream your favorite entertainment right from your phone with just a tap. While streaming, you can still use your phone as you normally do!

You can also just say what you want to watch from compatible apps and control your TV hands-free, with Chromecast and Google Home (aff) working seamlessly together. For example, you can say “Google, play Stranger Things from Netflix on my living room TV.” How awesome is that?

Cutting the cord is great! You can save money and still watch all of your favorites! What's your favorite app to stream? Have you cut the cord yet?

Cutting the cord would be awesome and so much easier. No more getting tangled up in darn cord. Everyone in the family are going to want these headphones.

I “cut the cord” for a long while, but with my husband, we can’t REALLY do that because he loves his golf tournaments!

We are in the process of cutting the cord! I can’t wait until we are away from cable! They charge us so much that it is practically highway robbery! This is on our list to buy to cut the cord.

I would love to save money but better yet is all the options in programming that you get. I will look into this for our house pronto.

We cut the cord with cable a couple of year ago. I have to look into possibly getting this.

We use Google Chromecast now for our basement TV. I love that it is voice activated now!

We don’t have cable but we do use several streaming services. I need to see if Chromecast would save us money as well.

I love this product. I am going to be getting it for at least one person this holiday season, maybe more. Cutting the cord is the best.

I was just talking about that with my husband. The cable bill has been going up and it is time to cut the cord. This is simple and you just plug it in and watch your fave shows.

It looks like this makes a tv that doesn’t have the latest apps completely updatable. Better than buying a new tv! This looks like a great idea and something to look into. Thanks for sharing this.

Haha, we never had a “cord”. We have been using chrome cast for a couple years now. I love it. I can cast all kinds of things from my phone right to my tv. It’s great esp with kids programs and movies.

We haven’t ever had cable TV, but I have considered getting Netflix. Does this act as the internet connection for that? So basically you’re using your phone as your internet source?

I need to show this post to my husband. He would be happy to know more about this Google Chromecast.

One of my fave streaming apps is VuDu. It was installed on one of our tvs and has all of those classic movies I grew up watching as a kid.
